As a Legal Assistant, it is my responsibility to access a court reporter who offers excellent work product, is always on time and especially, who offers excellent service. Many years ago I discovered Wasilewski Court Reporting, and our office has used them exclusively since that time. Their staff always goes above and beyond to deliver first-rate work, consistently meeting any specific needs we may have, and always in a kind, courteous, professional manner. Their ability to maintain ongoing interaction until the work is completed and accepted is an added plus. Wasilewski consistently goes the extra mile. Surely their middle name must be “service”…with a smile!

Being a Board Certified attorney in the practice of Marital & Family Law, it is important to have a court reporter who is professional and conscientious, if in a deposition or hearing. I have found this to be the case with Wasilewski Court Reporting. It has become a given that their work will be done timely and correctly. The staff is always cordial, whether coming to my office or hosting us at theirs. It is reassuring to walk into court and know my client is being assisted by a courteous, capable and ultimately professional court reporter. Wasilewski is my go-to court reporting service.

You and your staff, including support staff and Court Reporters, have consistently upheld only the highest attributes of your profession. Your Reporters are superbly proficient at their jobs and, most importantly, always courteous to the witness, the parties and attorneys. I can honestly say that we have never had a Reporter miss an assignment or fail to deliver a transcript on time. Your staff and Reporters are highly thought of by my staff and that is perhaps the highest compliment one can offer. I never hesitate to refer anyone in need of your services to your company and I will continue to do so. I appreciate all that you do.

When it comes to communication, the deaf and hard of hearing depend on visual means. The Hearing Loss Association of America – Lakeland Chapter holds monthly Chapter meetings for its membership. To be successful, our Chapter meetings require real-time captioning. Susan and her team have graciously provided pro-bono CART (real-time captioning) services for all of our meetings. This service has assured that our members can understand all verbal communications and actively participate in the entire meeting. Susan does a superb job providing the CART service, always striving to be sure that she delivers accurate and quality service. Susan has been a strong supporter of our Chapter and has contributed as a sponsor for our recent ‘Hearing Wellness Expo’. Susan and her team have become part of our family and we appreciate everything she does.
